<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cl\u00e9mence LANDAIS a suivi des \u00e9tudes de droit au sein de l\u2019universit\u00e9 Paris II Panth\u00e9on-Assas (Master 1 Carri\u00e8res judiciaires et sciences criminelles et Master 2 Criminologie).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Elle a int\u00e9gr\u00e9e l\u2019Ecole nationale de la magistrature en 2016 et a exerc\u00e9 en tant que juge plac\u00e9e sur la cour d\u2019appel d\u2019Amiens avant de rejoindre l\u2019Administration centrale de la Justice au sein de la direction des affaires civiles et du sceau pour y exercer les fonctions d\u2019adjointe \u00e0 la cheffe du bureau de la r\u00e9glementation des professions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Elle exerce actuellement en tant qu\u2019auditrice \u00e0 la Cour de cassation o\u00f9 elle est en charge de l\u2019Observatoire des litiges judiciaires qui a vocation \u00e0 rep\u00e9rer les contentieux \u00e9mergents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Par ailleurs, elle est pr\u00e9sidente de l\u2019Association des jeunes magistrats (AJM) depuis mars 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
